How does it work?
How do I schedule an appointment with my color counselor?
Head to our Color Consultation Scheduling page, and make an appt for a time that works for you! NOTE: Let us know whether you would like an in-person appt or virtual!
Put a credit card # in, you will be asked to submit a deposit, afterwards we will have a zoom meeting/ or in-person meeting & get started!
Finally, you will be charged the remainder after you are satisfied. We will charge the card on file. We will be available to help you until you love your colors.
How much does it cost for you to create my color palette & what do I get?
The cost for a custom color palette ranges from $250- $725. It includes:
A kickoff meeting with your Color Counselor to discuss the project.
Color samples will be mailed to your home. After you sample your colors, you will have access to your color counselor via email/phone until your color choices are finalized and you are satisfied.
We will be available to you and your painter to communicate questions or concerns before paint is ordered.
NOTE: If you change design direction or require more than 3 Mockups/Palettes, ( usually it doesn’t) you will be charged hourly @$195/hr in addition to your package price.
What happens if I don’t like the direction you are headed with the colors?
We have a satisfaction guarantee. After you have sampled the first round of colors on your house, provide us with feedback and direction and we will offer up to 2 rounds of color options We will never leave you hanging. You can text/email/call your color counselor!
What paint companies do you select colors from?
We will select colors from any & all paint brands. If you are not sure which brand to use, we can recommend some! Our preferred brands are: Benjamin Moore, C2 Paint, Farrow & Ball, SafeCoat, Milk Paint, American Clay, Clare Paint. We have various reasons why we prefer these that have to do with the quality of the bases, the purity of the pigments, the impact on our health & the environment, and the preferences of our trusted tradespeople.
How long does it take to get my color palette mockups and samples?
After you send us images, we meet with you and our team has consulted with each other you will receive a first round of solutions in 5-7 business days.
I need the colors asap, the painter will be here tomorrow morning! SOS
We’ve got your back! Please let us know ASAP via phone/messenger/email and we will get it done. There is a $250 rush fee applied for a 24 hour (or less) turn around.
Do you offer interior design consultation services too?
Yes we do! Our design collective offers interior design services that range from simple hourly consultations, all the way up to full interior design & architecture.
