Ordering, Returns & Shipping Policy


As a service to our clients, we offer ordering, shipping & tracking of items we design for your space. It can be really helpful to have all of the orders for your project be tracked by one person. In some cases we can share our trade discount with you and in some cases, we receive no trade discounts. You will be assigned a customer service person to order, track and advocate for you with each vendor.

  • Custom Furniture Items, Original Art & Vintage items are always Final Sale

    • You will have multiple moments to review samples, sizes etc before ordering to ensure exact specifications.

    • Custom Items often incur freight charges and receiving warehouse charges in addition to shipping charges.

      • These costs will be billed separately because we are charged them after delivery occurs.

    • *In some cases, we can consign your custom pieces or resell them and give you the profits

  • Non-Custom items:

    • Time Frame: Email hello@colorandesign to initiate your returns within 5 days of receipt of the item.

      • You must save original packaging or we cannot take returns

      • Credit: A credit will be applied to your account for returned products minus a 20% restocking fee

      • The customer is responsible for shipping or delivering the product back to us and all shipping charges.

    • Returns not taken back by vendor will be donated to mutual aid organizations.
